Let’s be honest, everyone plays favorites. At Rocket Fizz Salt Lake City we are no different and you’ll find our Staff Pick Signs all over the shop! Obviously, everyone’s taste buds are different, but we enjoy trying our best to be your personal tour guide.
Before I dive into the Staff Picks we have here in Salt Lake City, an honorable mention goes to the best root beer that everyone on staff here agrees on which is Sprecher Root Beer! It’s a fire brewed drink sweetened with honey. Trust us, it’s THAT good.
However, if you aren’t a root beer kind of person fear not! Sprecher has a cream soda that is Bret’s personal favorite! He calls it the BEST cream soda (fully capitalized letters on BEST) it is a bold and creamy soda that everyone is sure to fall in love with!
On the topic of drinks, this pick comes from Christopher. Avery’s Kitty Piddle. Yes you read that right. Despite the odd name it’s s a great blend of pineapple and orange, a very distinct yellow color that is somehow cute, yet mildly concerning!
Is Mountain Dew your go-to? Ditch the Dew for Kickapoo!! Jay’s staff pick Kickapoo Joy Juice is an amazing citrus drink. As someone who is admittedly borderline addicted to mountain dew this drink tops it!
Don’t want your sugar through soda? We got you! Kurstin’s staff pick is a well-known brand; Haribo! Specifically, their Berry Clouds which they describe as a lovely fruity soft pillow that is sure to bounce around with flavor!
Chocoholic? Christiana recommends a Good News Bar which is a milk chocolate, peanuts and caramel delicacy that, in their words, is just done differently than any other candy bar!
Do you like chocolate? Do you like coffee? Second part might be a no considering we are in Utah (no judgement) However, Thomas commends a Canadian classic confection with Coffee Crisp! It’s a nice wafer, it’s not too sweet, it’s a perfect option for people that are searching for a treat that isn’t too crazy. (Trust me he has no sweet tooth)
Limiting it down to one or two is DIFFICULT for us because we have a whole bunch of things in our store that we love!
